This is the tab that shows you documents saved locally on the iPad. I recently opened a lot of documents in the app, but most of them don’t appear under On this iPad. It only accesses them from their location and annotates them from there. The app does not import your documents into the app. docx): non-PDF formats are read-only in Adobe Acrobat.
